Your purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Managing them and any refund therefore go through your Apple account, PlaPlu does not collect the payment itself.
Right of withdrawal: For the subscription you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. For digital content (book, audiobook) you were able to use immediately, your right of withdrawal may already have expired.
Request a refund Only Apple can issue a refund. Request one here. Whether a refund is granted is Apple's decision.
Cancel or manage your subscription You can cancel or change your subscription anytime in your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
